All orders for stock merchandise received by 1:00pm E.S.T Monday-Saturdays will be shipped the same day if possible, or within 24-48 hours, except during holiday season. Out of stock, one-of-a-kind and handmade items may take longer to ship. Next day, 2nd day, 3 day select air service does not include weekends.

Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 21 days of your shipping date. We will credit your original form of payment. All unworn, non-laundered merchandise must be returned in original condition with tags intact. In the event of defective goods or a shipping error, we will absorb any additional shipping charges associated with the item. If you need to send something back because it is the wrong size, you pay to ship the item back to us, but we will pay shipping for the replacement item. If you try our bamboo clothing and are unhappy with it in the first 30 days, we will refund your money including shipping costs as soon as we receive the item(s) back from you.

All returns must be authorized by emailing us at returns@tinhatnovelties.com. You will be issued a return authorization number. Please write the return authorization number on the return form and include it with the merchandise.

ALL SALE/CLOSEOUT ITEMS ARE FINAL AND MAY BE EXCHANGED, OR RECEIVE STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Items purchased as holiday gifts may be exchanged until January 21st.
